Where listings come from

Australian listings can be drawn from the ABN Bulk Extract (CC BY 3.0 AU), G-NAF addresses, OpenStreetMap (ODbL), and a business's own website. New Zealand listings can be drawn from NZBN, LINZ addresses and OpenStreetMap.

The website check uses a named crawler, reads robots.txt, and keeps only phone numbers, business email addresses and a logo address. It does not copy page text. An unclaimed listing shows initials until the business adds a logo.

Google is not a source. There is no rating badge and no place record from Google.

Sole trader legal names are not published. A trading name can be. Listings are checked before they are published.
